Flat shoes/ballet flats for the autumn/spring/summer season, with a leather sole, making them not recommended for bad weather. These are handmade shoes. We make them from extremely soft gold and silver embossed leather with no hard parts. Both the upper and the lining are made of leather. For orders in special colours, please contact us by e-mail.

In the event that we do not currently have the size or colour you want in stock, we can create any model and colour you see on the website. Models cannot be changed, only the colour. Production takes up to 10 working days. If you wish to expedite your order or order a special colour, please email us.

We accept payments via Visa, Master Card, Dina, and American Express credit cards. It is important to know that delivery is NOT included in the price. In the event that payment is not received after submitting your order, LILU SHOES it can automatically cancel your order and notify you about it.

Delivery

LILU SHOES will endeavour to dispatch your desired model within an average timeframe of 2 days, if you have chosen a model that we have in stock. For models that are specially ordered and made to measure, the production time is 7–10 working days. Additionally, please allow for the number of days required for transport. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure address where the package can be delivered at all times.
