LILU SHOES will endeavour to dispatch your desired model within an average timeframe of 2 days, if you have chosen a model that we have in stock. For models that are specially ordered and made to measure, the production time is 7–10 working days. Additionally, please allow for the number of days required for transport. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure address where the package can be delivered at all times.

Please note that the dates provided are only estimates and your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.

LILU SHOES delivers worldwide. Standard deliveries outside of Serbia are carried out in cooperation with the Serbian Post and their partners in other countries worldwide. The Serbian Post shipping method includes a tracking number. Express deliveries are carried out in cooperation with FedEx. Shipments within Serbia are sent via the courier service Bex.

Once we receive your order and payment, you will be notified when your order has been dispatched. You will then receive a tracking number for your order.

If there is a delay in delivery, you must inform us immediately.

In that case, we will start an investigation to locate your shipment. If the product is found, it will be immediately redirected to the Customer's address. If the shipment is not found and it is determined by the delivery company that the package is lost, LILU SHOES will send you a replacement product at its own expense. If that product is no longer available, LILU SHOES will offer you another one or a refund.

LILU SHOES does not accept responsibility for extended delivery times due to carriers, especially in cases of product loss or strikes.

LILU SHOES cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays that are beyond our control.

IMPORTANT
It is important that you know we ship from Serbia, which is not part of the EU, and it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with customs clearance and be liable for any import duties and sales taxes. Please check with your local customs office in advance regarding your obligations when a parcel arrives from another country /Serbia/.

Any refund to the Buyer will not include import taxes and duties paid by the Buyer. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of the import country to obtain a refund or exemption from such taxes and charges.
