When we receive your order, we will send a confirmation to your email. That is why it is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when ordering. We recommend that you save this email to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. Confirmation of the order (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
We accept payments via Visa, Master Card, Dina, American Express credit cards. It is important to know that delivery is NOT included in the price. In the event that payment is not received after the submission of your order, LILU SHOES may automatically cancel your order and notify you.
LILU SHOES will do its best to send you the desired model within an average time of 2 days, if you have chosen a model that we have in stock. For models that are specially ordered and made, the deadline is 7-10 working days. Plus count the number of days required for transportation. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and secure address to which the package can be delivered at any time.

We deliver LILU SHOES around the world. Standard deliveries outside Serbia are made in cooperation with the Post of Serbia and their partners in other countries in the world. The method of sending the Post of Serbia includes a tracking number. Fast deliveries are made in cooperation with Fedex. Shipments in Serbia are sent by the Bex courier service.
When we receive your order and payment, you will be notified when your order is shipped. On this occasion, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
If there is a delay in delivery, you need to inform us immediately.
In that case, we will launch an investigation to find your shipment. If the product is found, it will be immediately redirected to the Customer’s address. If the shipment is not found and if it is determined by the delivery company that the package is lost, LILU SHOES will send you a replacement product at its own expense. If that product is no longer available, LILU SHOES will offer you another or a refund.
LILU SHOES does not take responsibility for extending the delivery time due to the carrier, especially in case of product loss or strikes.
LILU SHOES cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays that are beyond our control.
It is important to know that we deliver from Serbia, which is not part of the EU, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to continue with the customs clearance procedure and be responsible for paying all import duties and sales taxes. Please check in advance with the local customs service what your obligations are when the package arrives from another country / Serbia /.
Any refund to the Buyer shall not include import taxes and duties paid by the Buyer. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of the importing country in order to obtain a refund or exemption from such taxes and taxes collected.
