Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. If you wish to exchange the same item for a different size or a different item, and the size or product you need is available in store, you can make the exchange on the spot. If you wish to exchange an item for another, and the desired item is available in store, you can make the exchange on the spot.
